WARM CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES


150 g Cake Flour / 25 g Cocoa Powder / 2.5 ml Baking Powde /100 g Butter - room temperature / 130 g Treacle Sugar / 3 eggs / 5 ml vanilla essence / 100 g Dark Chocolate - melted / 120 g White Chocolate - Chopped


Combine Flour, Cocoa Powder and Baking Powder well. Cream butter with sugar, and then add in eggs and vanilla Gently pour in melted dark chocolate while beating the egg mixture Fold the dry ingredients to the chocolate mix - and lastly add in the white chocolate. Rest for 10 minutes Using an icecream slice scooper - scoop even size balls - on a pre-pared baking tray - make sure to leave enough space between dough balls as the mixture will spread during baking. Place in a pre-heated oven of 180 degrees - for 15 - 18 minutes or until biscuits has just set. Remove from oven and serve straight away with some melted chocolate and a Don Pedro!



You can store the cookies in refrigerator and place in a pre-heated oven of 160 degrees for 5 minutes before serving it not eaten on the same day.You can also add chopped nuts and cherries with the white chocolate to the dough mixture
